Please register for both the Residents Portal and OLT Payment Portal. There are important documents and reminders on the Resident's Portal and online payments may be made on the OLT Payment Portal.

 

To Register for each, please use the directions below:

 

1. To register at Magnolia Ridge Residents Portal:  Click the Register button at top of the page (next to Login), a confirmation email will be sent upon approval.

 

2. To register for the OLT Payment Portal: Click the link, OLT Payment Portal
